Registration deadline is March 5, 2018 ﷯REFINE is a national learning initiative for GREI (Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility) fellows designed to provide review and practice in preparation for the Canadian fellowship certifying examination. The REFINE program will run on a yearly basis and be open to all GREI fellows. Topics covered will be derived from both the participant needs assessment as well as the fellowship learning objectives and will be covered in a 2 year cycle. EMD Serono will create, develop and implement this program in collaboration with the REFINE program chairs and with input from the participant needs assessment. As a proud member of Innovation Medicines Canada (formerly Rx&D), EMD Serono adheres to the Code of Ethical Practices. As such, we will cover the entire cost of the learning portion of this program including all program breaks and meals. However, in accordance with the IMC guidelines, EMD Serono is not permitted to assist in the booking or cost of any flights accommodations. Hence, each fellow will be responsible for making his/her own travel and accommodation arrangements. Course Objectives: • A review of knowledge in selected areas of GREI as identified by the needs assessment • Practice in written examination in accordance with the fellowship certifying exam format • Orientation to the fellowship certifying examination - Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (GREI) Learning Elements: Allow all GREI fellows an opportunity to assess their current knowledge base and identify areas of further study through the following learning activities: • Review lectures on selected topics in GREI • Practice written examination sessions • Performance improvement measure (through a pre & post exam)
